Users who cause product damage due to accidents, improper use, or unauthorized repairs that deviate from the user manual will not be eligible for warranty services. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Damage caused by deviations from the user manual, or misuse, improper storage, such as water immersion, corrosion, oxidation, burning, falling, crushing, or exposure to abnormal temperature and humidity environments.
2. Failures or damage caused by natural disasters or external factors, such as floods, earthquakes, lightning strikes, abnormal voltage from external power lines, and other environmental factors.
3. Disassembly, modification, or replacement of non-original parts performed by unauthorized repair personnel.
4. Inability to provide relevant purchase receipts, or if the content on the sales unit's sales certificate or product purchase receipt does not match the product.
5. Alteration or obscuring of content on purchase receipts, making it unreadable.
6. Other failures or damage caused by human factors, placing the product in an environment exceeding its specified parameters, and other force majeure events.
